Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- lettuce mix (purple lettuce, spinach etc.)
- 1 clove of garlic
- black paper
- salt
- 1 small yogurt/kefir
How to make:
- Fry garlic in a pan
- Take a bowl and put 4eggs, yogurt/kefir, lettuce mix, fried garlic, black paper and salt in there
- Mix it
- Pour mixture into the pan
- Enjoy healthy and tasty omelet :)
And for a dessert a tiny slice of cake.
