Firstly you MUST change your eating habits!!! A healthy belly will come to you by eating healthy foods.
- Try to drink green tea at least three times a day.
- Remove white bread from your eating habit list.
- Stay hydrated, drink at least 1,5 l of water.
- Incorporate more healthy fats (no butter more olive oil).
- Eat 4-5 meals a day.
- Try to not eat past 8 p.m
- FORGET ABOUT JUNK FOOD (hamburgers, french fries etc.)!!!!!
And for sure do the workout at least 3 times a week. If you don't know which exercises are good for you, download the apps like "Pilates", "Yoga", "Bikini Body Free", "30 Day Ab Challenge", "Brazilian Butt" etc.
